Wiz Kudowor's work draws influence from the cubist and futurist movements and also references traditional Ghanaian forms and symbols. Wiz’s instantly recognizable style of abstracted figures, scenes, and shapes are created using a palette knife and roller brush.
His work is included in international collections including the Ministry of Culture, People's Republic of China, African-American National Museum, USA, and Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, Accra Ghana. He was commissioned to design several public works in Ghana including the relief mural at Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, a distinguished monument to some of the most important leaders of this nation. Wiz has also won several prizes including the Osaka Triennale Bronze Prize and the Ghana Airways Silver Jubilee Art Contest.
