What is Turbare?

Turbare is a platform that offers you the opportunity to purchase original artworks from great artists at the best fair market price. Not only do we help you source for the best artworks, but we also predict their future value using our machine learning model.

 

How does buying on Turbare work?

Turbare displays the finest and authentic artworks made by the finest artists – serving as an agent between artwork buyers and the artists. Each artwork has a current fair market price and predicted future values. To buy any artwork, you must first make a purchase in the amount of the fair market price using your preferred payment method. Upon charging the artwork’s fair market price, we will ship your artwork to your submitted delivery address.

 

How do I find a particular artwork on Turbare?

Finding a particular artwork on the website is easy. Simply click on the “Buy” tab at the top of the website or any other place it is provided. It will direct you to the artwork gallery where you can use the search filter to locate your artwork preference. All you need is to input a certain keyword that matches the artwork of your choice. Also, there are other filters provided via the artwork gallery, such as filters by price, artwork category, size, medium and time added.

 

Are the artworks on Turbare original?

Yes, all the artworks available and displayed through our website are original and authentic. A certificate of authenticity is provided along with each artwork.

 

Why are there different prices on the artworks?

The prices provided on a particular artwork are the current fair market price and future projected prices predicted by our machine learning model. The bold green fair market price is the current price. This means that when you make an offer to buy the particular art, the offer amount will be the green bolded fair market price. The other prices listed under certain years’ time are the artwork’s future value projected by our machine learning model.

 

Are the future estimates on the artworks accurate?

No, we cannot guarantee you that the future estimates on any artwork are accurate. They are merely estimates or predictions made by our machine learning algorithms and should not be used as a tool for making investment decisions.

 

How do I place an order on Turbare?

Once you find the artwork you want, click on “Buy now” on the particular artwork page to checkout and purchase the piece. We provide various secure payment methods. Once you purchase, we will ship your artwork to you accordingly.

 

Will the artwork shipped to me be the exact colour as seen on Turbare?

We try our best to ensure the images and colours represented on the website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in some cases. Nevertheless, if you received an artwork you feel is not as shown on Turbare, then you are free to request a return within 14 days of delivery and get a refund or replacement.

 

Does Turbare ship worldwide?

This depends on the locations our third party shipping service provider covers. This means that we sell and ship to any country or location our shipping service provider ships to. You can find out more about shipping via our Delivery and Tracking Orders.

 

How long does it take to receive my artwork?

The delivery of your artwork depends on the distance of your delivery address. The delivery estimates will be provided to you, including tracking, when we confirm the shipment of your order. How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order via our shipping service provider’s website. Upon the confirmation of your order payment, we will issue you with an order number, which you can use to track your order. What if the art delivered is not as described or authentic?

If by any chance, you verified the artwork received to be not as described or inauthentic, then you have the right to request a return and/or refund or replacement. You have 14 calendar days from the date of artwork/order delivery to make this request. You can make a request via our email address at info@turbare.com.
